Rob Johnson, On-demand Channel Director
Rob Johnson is the On-demand Channel Director for Allstate Roadside. In this key leadership role, Rob will continue the development and growth of two strategic programs.
The first is Good Hands Rescue®, which offers on-demand roadside assistance to people in their time of need, without requiring pre-paid coverage. Second is Good Hands Rescue Network, which brings innovative ways to serve consumers outside the traditional boundaries of roadside clubs. This program gets help to the scene more quickly by supplementing the traditional provider network with a directly sourced network of carefully vetted independent rescuers. Rob's team develops and manages the key elements of these programs, including value propositions, business models, digital marketing and financial performance and growth strategies.
Since joining Allstate in 2002, Rob has served in several roles in Strategy & Innovation including, leading the innovation team that collaborated with Allstate Personal Lines Claims to design and prototype QuickFoto Claim.
Prior to Allstate, Rob was an independent consultant specializing in process and technology design and communication.
Charlie Breit, Consumer Products Director
As Consumer Products Director, Charlie is responsible for strategic positioning, streamlining and growth of retail accounts, such as Allstate Insurance, AARP and others. The Consumer Products team is supported by Allstate Insurance Consumer Marketing and works with the Allstate enterprise to support strategic growth initiatives, including growing direct and agent roadside sales.
Charlie joined Allstate Roadside in 2016 as senior product manager to focus on retail product development, marketing and product innovation. Before joining Roadside, he was senior manager of Digital Marketing at Allstate Insurance and directed the digital marketing strategy, consumer web experiences and drove marketing innovation.
Before joining Allstate Insurance, Charlie served as vice president of Marketing at SurePayroll and director of Digital Marketing at Northwestern Mutual. He has more than nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, brand building, digital and setting strategies to deliver superior customer experiences.
Brian Dieringer, President, Allstate Roadside
As President of Allstate Roadside, Brian is responsible for developing and leading its strategic direction, profitably growing its product segments and overseeing all operational aspects of the business. Since joining Allstate Roadside in 2017, Brian has served in a broad variety of leadership roles across technology, program management, network operations and analytics. Brian joined Allstate in 2002 and has worked throughout the organization in multiple technology leadership positions, as well as spending time in product operations and marketing.
Prior to joining Allstate, Brian worked at Franklin Templeton as a business analyst and project manager supporting software engineering and technical product development for their international offices.
Brian received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Florida and his M.B.A from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
Erin Elliott, Business Development Vice President
As Business Development Vice President, Erin is responsible for the development and growth of strategic relationships. She implements roadside programs that differentiate and optimize customer service modeling and delivers long-term growth plans. Erin recognizes the value of full engagement and a customized approach when building programs for companies in the consumer technology, membership, rental car, fleet management and OEM space.
Prior to joining Allstate, Erin managed strategic corporate accounts at Michelin. She led a total sales team retraining and rejuvenation effort for Michelin's sister company, TCI Tire Centers, as part of TCI's new go-to-market strategy. Erin has more than 20 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket both in the United States and Canada. She has successfully managed national sales teams, and has successfully launched programs in the government, retail, consumer tech, OEM and utility sectors.
Anthony Banks, Assistance Center Strategy Director
As Assistance Center Strategy Director, Anthony is responsible for driving Allstate Roadside's servicing strategy including digital innovation, operational efficiency and customer experience transformation.
Anthony joined Allstate Roadside in 2016 as an operations strategy leader with more than 12 years of experience in workforce management, reporting, analytics and service delivery optimization.
Prior to joining Allstate, Anthony served as workforce optimization leader at Allianz Global Assistance, a travel and consumer specialty insurance and assistance provider and division of Allianz SE. He has a proven track record of identifying operational efficiencies, driving omnichannel servicing capabilities and building complex workforce management models in support of operational excellence.
